How to Order Curriculum Textbooks
ProStart® uses the Foundations of Restaurant Management & Culinary Arts curriculum, developed by industry and academic experts.
First-time customers
We encourage first-time customers to reach out to the Sales team to set up an account and get help creating your first order.
Call 1-800-765-2122 and select the ProStart prompt and then “2” to leave a voicemail (returned within 24 hours).

Student Exams
South Carolina ProStart Confirmed Programs get free exam answer sheets — just keep your school profile and agreement on file current.
Deadlines: All South Carolina ProStart Confirmed Programs are entitled to FREE Exam Answer Sheets. Complete school profile and letter of agreement must be completed, signed and on file to receive the complimentary exam answer sheets or vouchers by November 15 (Fall Deadline) and/or March 5 (Spring Deadline).
